The Eswatini Handball Association (EHA) is the governing body for handball in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Headquartered in Mbabane, we have been a proud member of the International Handball Federation (IHF) since 2013 and compete within the African Handball Confederation (CAHB) as part of Zone VI.

Our mission is to develop handball across the country, organizing national championships and nurturing youth talent to compete at regional and international levels.

Recent Achievements

🏆 EHA Championships 2025

The action-packed tournament unfolded at Bosco Skills Centre in Manzini, showcasing rising youth talent, well-coached teams, and competitive intensity.

Standout Performances:

• • Sithobela Sharks – Commanding back-to-back victories with a 5–4 win over Siyafundza, followed by a 4–3 victory against Oak Hills
• • Mhlambanyatsi – Dominant 4–1 victory over Bhunya through structured build-up play and clinical finishing
• • Mphelandzaba – Explosive 9–6 win against Big Bend in the highest-scoring match of the tournament
• • Oak Hills – Impressive teamwork and tactical awareness, narrowly losing to tournament favorites Sithobela Sharks despite rain-disrupted training
• • Siyafundza – Strong determination shown in their opener, demonstrating tournament potential

Development & Youth Focus

The EHA Championships highlighted the growing depth of handball in Eswatini, with the opening day showcasing rising youth talent across multiple teams and well-coached squads demonstrating tactical awareness.
